What a way to start the 2025 wedding season! There’s nothing quite like the excitement of the first wedding of the year—new beginnings, fresh inspiration, and the chance to capture love stories that will be cherished for a lifetime. This time, I had the absolute pleasure of second shooting for my talented friend, Ashley, with Ashley Stedman Photography, and as always, it was an incredible experience.
A Familiar Venue with a Fresh Perspective
This was my second time shooting at this venue, but this time, we had the opportunity to capture the day at a new site within the property, which made the experience all the more exciting. Revisiting a location with fresh eyes allows for a whole new level of creativity, and this wedding was no exception.
The Hidden Gem: Gold Coast Farm at Aliso Viejo Ranch
This wedding took place at Gold Coast Farm, nestled within Aliso Viejo Ranch. Operated by Renewable Farms, this venue is an absolute hidden gem. It offers the perfect balance of rustic charm and organic elegance, creating an intimate setting that feels warm, inviting, and full of character. The sustainable farm-to-table elements added a unique touch, making it a dream location for couples who appreciate the beauty of nature and the simplicity of love.
From the lush greenery and charming wooden structures to the golden glow of the sun filtering through the trees, every corner of this venue provided an idyllic backdrop for wedding portraits. It’s one of those places that feels like it was made for romance, and it certainly did not disappoint.
Capturing the Love Story
Every wedding is special in its own way, but this one had an extra touch of magic. The couple’s love was genuine and effortless, making our job as photographers an absolute joy. From their heartfelt vows to the way they stole glances at each other throughout the day, their connection was undeniable.
